Blanchard Valley Health System opens plastic surgery and aesthetics office

Blanchard Valley Health System announces the opening of Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics of Northwest Ohio.

As a part of this new venture, Beyond MedSpa will transition into the new office, located at 2113 Tiffin Avenue, Suite A, Findlay.

The health and safety of our customers and staff at the Bluffton Public Library is a top priority and the library is working hard to keep services available. As of the time of this announcement, the library is open for curbside pickup only.

Forty-nine cross country seasons ago, Bluffton High School boys’ track team qualified for the Class A state cross country meet. That state qualification was a first for the Pirates.

One of the runners on that team, Tim Boehr, set the school record of 10:09 in what was then a 2-mile event.

He finished as the 16th runner in the race at state in a time of 10:40, is a competition with only two divisions, A and AA. Bluffton was in Class A.

County totals show 69 percent voter turnout

Allen County experienced a 69.33 percent voter turnout on Nov. 3, according to the county board of elections.

Of the 46,710 ballots cast 22,818  were cast on Nov. 3 and 23,892 were absentee. In the presidential race, Donald Trump won the county with 32,052 votes to Joe Biden’s 13,611.

The breakdown by local precincts is not yet on the election board’s site. The Icon will post is once it is available.
