By Matthew Nienberg, PA-C
Pain Management, Blanchard Valley Pain Management

In the world of modern medicine, where cutting-edge technology and innovative treatments often take center stage, it’s easy to overlook the fundamental principles that underpin healthcare. The Physical Examination

One of the core principles of our approach is the value of the physical examination. During every patient visit, a provider should take the time to lay hands on patients, using a blend of time-tested and specialized physical examinations. These hands-on assessments are invaluable in diagnosing common spine conditions and offering a window into the patient’s physical state.

Some of the common physical examinations include the following:

Two varieties of Bluffton Farmers Market, indoor and outdoor

March 22 vendor list below

By Paula Pyzik Scott

The indoor Bluffton Farmers Market will again pop-up at the Bluffton Senior Citizens Center from 8:30 a.m.-noon on Saturday, March 23. This will be its second to last appearance before the outdoor market commences on May 4.

When the Icon stopped by the indoor market in February, it was indeed a close facsimile of the outdoor market. We found familiar faces–both vendors and shoppers–and the familiar half social, half shopping environment.

The senior center also has a variety of handmade and craft suppl items for sale.

Market manager Greg Probst will be meeting with vendors at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 4 to start planning for the outdoor market, which is held every Saturday through October in the parking lot between the Post Office and Citizens National Bank.
