Nearly 100 people gathered to celebrate the opening of the Transition to Home Rehabilitation Center that the $1 million project provided.  The new Transition to Home program will focus on patients with short-term rehabilitative needs.

MHCO worked with M&W Construction from Lima as the general contractor for the project.  Don Burris, of Bluffton, served as the Project Manager.  pH7 Architects of Columbus were the architects of the renovation.

The renovation provided:

• Two new dining and lounge areas
• A newly created therapy room for Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapies
• Aesthetic and lighting updates throughout both nursing care floors and the third floor assisted living area
