Here's the Bluffton Police Department February docket

Matt Oglesbee, Bluffton police sergeant, provided The Icon with the February Bluffton police docket, which follows.

Feb. 1
-An E Elm St. resident reported receiving a threatening letter in the mail.

Feb. 3
A Jenera resident reported that the passport that he had ordered was never delivered. 

Feb. 6
-Police responded to a non-injury traffic crash in the 400 block of S. Main St.  Daisy Sutkay, 28, Bluffton, was issued a citation for Improper Starting and Backing.  The case is pending in Bluffton Mayor’s Court.   

Feb. 10
-Police assisted ACSO and Sylvania Township Police with a Breaking and Entering complaint on N Phillips Rd.     
-A Commerce Ln. business reported that an employee had stolen money orders while they were working.   

Feb. 11
- Officers responded to an unwanted guest complaint at a Hillcrest Dr. residence. Upon further investigation, two juveniles stated they were carrying some personal belongings out of the residence when they were assaulted by a relative of the owner of the residence. The case was referred to the Lima City Prosecutors Office and Allen County Juvenile Prosecutors Office.   
-Police responded to a non-injury traffic crash at the intersection of N. Main St. and Riley St.  Jeffery Kleman, 55, Bluffton, was cited for Operating Without Reasonable Control.  The case is pending in Bluffton Mayor’s Court. 

Feb. 12
-A S. Main St. resident reported that unknown persons had stolen money from her unlocked residence.   

Feb. 14
-A College Ave. resident reported that the person she has a protection order against left a Valentine’s Day card at her front door. 

Feb. 16
-A Sally Ln. resident reported someone on the bike path carrying a gun and wearing a ski mask.  While looking into the complaint, police discovered the person with the gun lived in the neighborhood and was involved in an “airsoft” war.  

Feb. 21
-Officers responded to a N. Jackson St. residence in regards to a complaint of a semi driving down an alley.  While looking into the complaint, the complainant stated the truck driver threatened him.  The case was referred to the Lima City Prosecutors Office. 
-Police responded to a hit-skip traffic crash at the intersection of College Ave. and Jackson St. 

Feb. 23
-Officers responded to a Domestic Dispute at a Cherry St. residence. 

Feb. 25
-Police responded to non-injury traffic crash at the 140 MM on I-75.           

Feb. 26
-Police arrested Steve Combs, 64, Findlay, on a warrant out of Findlay Municipal Court.   

Feb. 27
-Police were called to a suspicious person in the area of N. Main St and Elm St. Upon locating the subject, Donald Caskey II, 47, he was arrested on a warrant out of Shawnee Township.   
-A Shifferly Rd. resident reported that her son’s cell phone was stolen while he was at school today at Bluffton High School.  After a short investigation, the phone was recovered and returned. 

Feb. 28
-Police responded to a non-injury traffic crash near the intersection of Jackson and Elm Streets.  Amanda Diller, 19, Bluffton was issued a citation for Improper Starting and Backing. The case is pending in Bluffton Mayor’s Court.
