Zac Dysert, Ada HS and Miami star now playing for Buffalo Bills

He played against Bluffton High School on Harmon Field. Then he went to Miami (Ohio), and was eventually drafted by Denver.

He's Ada High School athlete Zac Dysert and he is playing football again.

In late December the Buffalo Bills of the American Football Conference signed Ada’s Zac Dysert to its practice squad.

Here’s an summary of Dysert’s NFL career to date:

Denver Broncos
Dysert was a quarterback prospect for the 2013 NFL Draft. He was drafted by the Denver Broncos in the seventh round, 234th overall, and the ninth quarterback. He earned a spot on the Broncos' 53-man roster as a backup to Peyton Manning and Brock Osweiler.

For the 2014 season, Dysert remained a member of the Broncos' practice squad. For the 2015 season, he was cut from the Broncos squad.

Chicago Bears
On Sept. 1, 2015, he was claimed by the Chicago Bears. He was waived by the Bears on Sept. 6.

Houston Texans
Dysert was claimed off waivers by the Houston Texans on Sept. 8, 2015, and added to their practice team. On Nov. 24, he was released from the Texans.

Buffalo Bills
Dysert was signed to the practice squad of the Buffalo Bills on Dec. 21, 2015.
