BCE workshop focus on marketing tips for small business

Julie Stratton, Black Lab, leads the session

Julie Stratton of The Black Lab, 121 N. Main St., will present a free marketing  workshop following Friday's chamber breakfast in the town hall.

In the Bluffton Center for Entrepreneurs-sponsored workshop Stratton will present five key things that will help keep your business current with trends and keep your brand fresh to your customers.

She will provide practical tips on marketing, events, timing and managing fear and risk.

Chamber breakfast

Beth Bish of Bluffton Pediatrics will update chamber members on her business growth and activities during the breakfast, prior to the workshop.

This month marks the second anniversary of the opening of Bluffton Pediatrics, 515 E. Jefferson St. Bish is a nurse practitioner. The practice specializes in pediatric primary care.

• The breakfast is from 7 to 7:30 a.m.
   Anita Willow, farmers’ market vendor is breakfast provider
• Chamber program from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m.
• Bluffton Center for Entrepreneurs workshop 8:30 a.m.

Both programs are free and open to the public.

In addition, persons attending will be able to bid on art projects created by Bluffton High School students. The artwork was part of Reichenbach and Steiner CPA’s Blaze of Lights art competition.
