It’s TRX Demo Week at Bluffton Family Recreation.

Demonstrations for six different TRX (Total-body Resistance Exercise) are scheduled at BFR, 215 Snider Road, Bluffton.

• Wednesday – Feb. 21, 5:30 p.m. – TRX
• Thursday – Feb. 22, 5:30 a.m. – TRX
• Thursday – Feb. 22, 6 p.m. – TRX
• Thursday – Feb. 22, 7 p.m. – TRX Circuit
• Friday, Feb. 23, 5:30 p.m. – TRX
• Saturday, Feb. 24, 8 a.m. – Prenatal TRX

What is TRX?
Total-body Resistance Exercise (TRX) and is a suspension training system, using a mix of support and mobility training in strength, flexibility, endurance, balance, coordination, power and core all at once.

TRX uses gravity and movement to generate the engagement of the entire body.

Demonstrations are free and will fill on a first-come, first-serve basis. Each class has a 10-person limit. Call BFR at 419-358-4150 to pre-register.
