Volleyball: Pirate spikers sweep North Baltimore

BLUFFTON - The Bluffton volleyball team swept visiting North Baltimore in a non-conference match Wednesday night.

The Lady Pirates triumphed 25-14, 25-16, 25-13 to improve to 6-3 overall.

Kylie Stackhouse paced the victors with 14 kills and three blocks. Taylor Schwab hammered a dozen kills and served three aces. Libby Schaadt compiled seven kills and four blocks.

Setter Skyler Scoles doled out 17 assists and came up with a dozen digs. Cara Young passed up 15 assists.

Joscelin Reineke dealt a pair of aces.

The Bluffton reserves also won, 2-0.

The Lady Pirates play at league and local rival Ada (4-5, 0-1 NWC) Thursday evening.
