Bluffton University hosts Division IV volleyball sectional

Bluffton University is host to the OHSAA Division IV girls' volleyball sections on Oct. 15 and 17. Teams competing include Arcadia, Van Buren, Pandora-Gilboa, Riverdale, McComb, Cory-Rawson and North Baltimore.

One king, two queens at this year's university homecoming

Neil Macke (back row, second from right) was crowned Homecoming king at Bluffton University on Oct. 12, while Tamara Al-Sammarraie (front row, second from right) and Lindsay Krohn (front row, second from left) shared Homecoming queen honors.

Joining them in the Homecoming court were (left to right) juniors Katie Conrad and Jason Trespel; seniors Christian Vail, Mackenzie Richards, Ben Roeschley and Abbey Graber; and sophomores Colten Kelso and Alicia Rodriguez.

Mustard Seed open Friday-Saturday nights beginning Oct. 18

Mustard Seed Café at the Depot, 562 N. Main St., Bluffton, will be serving a full dinner menu on Friday and Saturday evenings 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., beginning Friday, Oct. 18.  

Beer and beer cocktails will be available, as well as appetizers and house made desserts.  Reservations are suggested at 567-226-1120.
