Assistant Administrator Bryan Lloyd spoke about the performance of the water treatment plant on April 2, when flood conditions closed College Ave. at Riley Creek. He reported that pump speeds were raised to 5.5 million gallons per day (nearing the maximum of the plant design) and that they have never been pushed that hard before.
