As cuddly as a cactus

Over the years Bluffton earned a reputation for its cast of interesting Main Street characters. And, just when you thought the cast retired, this guy shows up. You can see Mr. Grinch on the Presbyterian Church corner of Main Street most afternoons in Bluffton. As this photo session took place several drivers honked their horns. So, despite his reputation, he’s a popular guy, even with the termites in his smile. We won’t reveal his stage name, except to add that our Grinch says he has a 10-year history of playing the guy whose heart is an empty hole.
