March 8 Fish Fry at Emmanuel UCC

Emmanuel United Church of Christ, 8375 Phillips Rd, Bluffton, will host a fish fry on Friday, March 8 from 4:00-7:00 p.m.

Mennonite Memorial Home, 410 W. Elm, Bluffton, will hold its annual Easter Egg Hunt in its backyard at 10:00 a.m. sharp on Saturday, March 23. Children ages 8 and under, accompanied by an adult, are welcome. Bring your own baskets and keep an eye peeled for the Easter Bunny. Note: the main building and bathrooms will be closed. Lewis Family McDonald’s is donating candy, eggs and refreshments for the event.

Findlay ramp closures scheduled on I-75

ODOT District 1 has announced that two Interstate 75 entrance ramps in the city of Findlay will close for overnight surface milling to increase friction following this schedule:

Recap of February 26 Bluffton Council meeting

The Village of Bluffton council meets on the third floor of town hall, 154 N. Main St., at 7:00 p.m. on the second and fourth Mondays of the month.

The February 26 regular meeting of the Village of Bluffton Council included reports on downtown municipal parking lot planning, an AARP grant application and dealing with a “pinhole” leak on the north water tower.
