For: Board of Education of the Pandora-Gilboa Local School District, Pandora, OH

The Pandora-Gilboa Local School District is seeking qualified bids for the purchase of weight room equipment and flooring. Qualified bidders will include firm quotations based upon the specifications noted below. All proposals must be received by the Board of Education of the Pandora-Gilboa Local School District at the Administrative Office, Pandora, Ohio by 10:00 AM on Wednesday, April 10, 2024 and at that time opened by the Treasurer of said Board as provided by law.

-Willingness to trade in old equipment

Exact specifications and instructions to bidders are on file in the office of the Superintendent, Pandora, Ohio.

No escalator clauses for price increase will be accepted. Bids must be firm for a period of 60 days.

In addition, and in accordance with ORC 5719.042, a statement affirmed under oath from each bidder affirming that said bidder does not owe any delinquent taxes must accompany each bid.

PUBLIC HEARING AT BLUFFTON SCHOOLS

The board of the Bluffton Exempted Village Schools will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, May 6 to consider the re-employment of teacher Vickie Garmon following her retirement. The meeting will be located in the Bluffton Elementary Library, 102 S. Jackson St.

FARMERS MARKET VENDOR MEETING

7:00 p.m., Thursday, April 4

Market Manager Greg Probst will meet with vendors to discuss the upcoming Bluffton Farmers Market, Saturdays, May-October. The meeting will be held on the third floor of Bluffton Town Hall, 154 N. Main St.

The market is a program of the Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce.
