Bluffton University’s annual Holiday Collage Concert will be streamed for viewing at www.bluffton.edu/musat 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 6.
The concert will feature small groupings of the Concert Band performing traditional Christmas carols and hymns that were originally arranged for the Salvation Army band. Pieces include “Joy to the World,” “House of the Rising Bells” and “Gesu Bambino.”

COVID has caused a lot of uncertainty for everyone. This past spring, the majority of us were afraid of the virus, the economic uncertainty of the shutdown, and the uncertainty of remote learning.
The area experienced 3.6 inches of snow on Nov. 30 for the first snowfall of the season, according to Guy Verhoff, Pandora weather observer.
And, in case you wonder, November was warmer than most Novembers.
Verhoff reports that the average temperature in November 2020 was 45.8 degrees. That’s 4.3 degrees warmer than the normal November average temperature of 41.5 degrees.
The November 2020 high temperature was 78 degrees recorded on Nov. 8 and Nov. 9. The low reading was 20 degrees on Nov. 14.
Staple breads are $8 and specialty loaves are $12. PayPal or credit card will be accepted. Online customers can either choose to pick up the bread at Burcky Hall (instructions for contactless pick up are available on the website) or to be shipped for an additional cost.
