When Fred sent me this photo, I just groaned. I knew it wasn't a good idea to leave him alone with my dad's slides and photos....sure enough, one has resurfaced. Dad labeled all of his slides and photos but this one had been digitized without a date identification. My best guess was that I was 8 because my brother, John (far right) is 8 years older and looks about 16 in the photo.
The Icon has a Santa's sleigh-full of memories. Each has a Bluffton touch. We've collected several stories we've posted in past Christmases and packaged them just for you on this Christmas Eve.
And, if you don't mind, the Icon will take a brief holiday vacation. So, excuse us while we open presents. We'll be back with new material on Dec. 26.
Simply open the attachment at the bottom of this story, or view our stories on the flip book below.

Annie Steiner is nearly twice as old today as she was when this photo was taken on Dec. 13. On that day, she was 12 days old. She met Santa in Citizens National Bank, and Santa remarked that there was only one child younger than Annie that he ever held. Annie is the daughter of Joshua and Heidi Steiner.
