AT BOTTOM OF STORY -

It was a dark and stormy night.

And, it was Oct. 31, 2019.

However, Bluffton’s Halloweener’s had a Plan B. It is this: when the weather’s howling outside, go inside.

And, so places like the Bluffton Public Library,  Bluffton Family Recreation and the English Lutheran Church attracted more candy that you’d find tossed in a homecoming parade.

The Icon shares some of the costume-wearers photos in this first in a two-part series.
