$50 family meat package available from The Dough Hook

The Dough Hook, 117 N. Main St., Bluffton is offering a "family meat package," according to Sharon and John Calvelage.

• 8 brats
• 12 hamburger patties
• 4 fresh sausage links
• 8 hot dogs

Lois King memorial service on Sept. 23

Bluffton resident, Lois I. King, who died May 21 in Florida, will have a memorial service at 4 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 23, at First Mennonite Church, Bluffton.

King, 80, died  in Ft. Myers, Fla. She was born in Richland Township on July 27, 1931, to Harley and Lavina (Burkholder) Marquart.

She and her husband, Paul, were married on Oct. 11, 1952, at Ebenezer Mennonite Church, Bluffton. He survives.

Women's soccer: Wilmington stays undefeated with 3-1 victory at Bluffton

The Wilmington College women's soccer team took the lead with two goals in the opening 18 minutes of action. The Quakers stayed on top throughout the match to clinch their sixth victory (6-0-1) of the season on Saturday, Sept. 15, 2012. Bluffton dropped to 1-4 following the 2012 home opener.
