When trying to lose weight, how much should you lose and how fast should you do it?
It's natural to want to lose weight fast, but evidence shows that losing weight slowly (about one to two pounds per week) is the trick to keeping the weight off. How much weight you should lose in total is going to depend on your unique situation. That's why it's important to speak with your health care provider before starting a weight-loss plan.

Bluffton Swim Team wins quad meet with Ada, Botkins and Lehman Catholic
The Bluffton swim team hosted a quad meet with Ada, Botkins and Lehman Catholic on Jan. 15 at the Lima YMCA.
Landon Armstrong finished with a second place in the 200 meter medley relay, second place in the 200 meter individual medley, second place in the 200 meter freestyle relay, and won the 100 meter breaststroke with a time of 1:12:13.

The preliminary design of a diverging diamond interchange for Interstate 75 and County Road 99 in Findlay, Hancock County.
The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) District 1, the city of Findlay, and the Hancock County Engineer’s Office have chosen a diverging diamond interchange (DDI) for the rehabilitation project at the Interstate 75 and County Road 99 interchange to combat growing congestion at the important economic hub.
The option was one of four presented to the public during a virtual public involvement meeting in August.
