In alignment with Governor DeWine’s directives, Bluffton University cancelled all May Day events scheduled for Friday, May 1, and Saturday, May 2.
In addition, the in-person Commencement ceremonies scheduled for Sunday, May 3, have been postponed until the campus community can safely gather together.
The university has established https://www.bluffton.edu/alert/ to communicate up-to-date information related to the plan and ongoing developments with this fluid situation.
Tuesday Morning Prayers is a longtime tradition at Bluffton First Mennonite Church.
"Although we are unable to meet face to face at this time, we are continuing that tradition via Zoom Video Communications," said Wanda Stopher, pastor of spiritual formation.
In addition, recognizing a need for more ways to connect, we are adding two additional time options.
The prayer schedule is:
Morning Prayers-Tuesday, 7-7:30 a.m.
Evening Prayers-Wednesday, 7-7:30 p.m.
Vespers-Thursday, 4-4:30 p.m.
