-Police responded to a S. Main St. Residence in response to a Domestic Violence complaint.
October 5
-Police arrested Carrie Donaldson, 34, Bluffton for DUS following a traffic stop on Kibler St. for a Stop Sign violation.  The case is being handled in Lima Municipal Court.    
October 6
-Officers responded to a hit-skip traffic crash in the 100 block of W. Kibler St.  
October 8
-A Fostoria resident filed a complaint against a Bluffton woman for passing a bad check.
October 9
- Police responded to a W. Riley St. Residence in response to an unruly juvenile.   
October 11
-Officers responded to Domestic Violence complaint at a N. Jackson St. residence.
-Police responded to a non-injury traffic crash in the 600 block of W. Riley St. Brett Rumor, 16, Bluffton was cited for reasonable control and the case is pending in Allen County Juvenile Court.

-Officers responded to the Bluffton Hospital in response to a report of a student that was shot by a BB gun at Bluffton University.

-A university student reported her wallet and keys were stolen after she sat them down in the university dining hall.

-A St. Marys woman reported that an acquaintance of hers paid her with a check that was returned because the account was closed.  
-Police arrested Jason Fifer, 30, Bluffton for DUS following a traffic stop on N. Jackson St. for an expired registration. The case is pending in Lima Municipal Court.

-A Matterhorn Dr. resident reported that his ex-girlfriend was calling him and harassing him. 
October 17
-A County Line Rd. resident filed a civil complaint against her estranged husband.  
-Police responded to a non-injury traffic crash in the 200 block of W. College Ave.  Richard Cody Williams Basinger, 17, Bluffton was cited for Reasonable Control and the case is pending in Allen County Juvenile Court.

-Officers responded to assist the Sheriff’s Office with a civil complaint on Lugabill Rd.  
October 24
-Police responded to the intersection of SR 103 and Citizens Pkwy. in regards to a non-injury traffic crash. Logan Hines,19, Bluffton was cited for Assured Clear Distance Ahead and the case is pending in Bluffton Mayor’s Court.

- A Matterhorn Dr. resident reported that his ex-girlfriend was calling him and harassing him. 
October 26
-A university student reported being assaulted while on campus. 
-Police responded to a verbal dispute at a N. Main St. Business.  
October 27
-Police responded to a N. Lawn Ave. residence in response to a stolen bicycle complaint.   
October 28
-A College Ave. resident reported that medication was missing from her residence.        
October 29
-A W. Riley St. resident reported that her nephew that is living with her, was harassing her because she wouldn’t allow him to play video games. 
October 30
-Police responded to a non-injury traffic crash in the 100 block of N. Main St.  Elnora Stratton, 89, Bluffton was cited for Reasonable Control. The case is pending in Bluffton Mayor’s Court. 
-Police responded to a non-injury traffic crash in the 700 block of S. Main St.  Linda Klaus, 66, Bluffton was cited for Assured Clear Distance Ahead. The case is pending in Bluffton Mayor’s Court. 
October 31
-Police responded to a non-injury traffic crash at the I-75 NB Exit Ramp at Exit 142.  Jonelle Delawrence, 61, Stanford, Ky., was cited for Failure to Yield.  The case is pending in Bluffton Mayor’s Court.
