Or, forgotten, but not gone. This vehicle, perhaps owned by a Bluffton University student, may thaw out in time to be driven later this spring. In the meantime, it sits on Spring Street awaiting warmer weather.

Three sets of Bluffton families are starting this new year with a reason to be proud.  Ohio Northern University has named three hometown students to it's dean's list. The deans’ list includes students who attain a grade point average of 3.5 or better on a 4.0 grading system.  

Those students are:

Bluffton University will host two annual campus events—the Martin Luther King Jr. Day Forum and the Keeney Peace Lecture—on Tuesday, Jan. 22. Both are free and open to the public.

Dr. Dafina-Lazarus Stewart, an associate professor of higher education and student affairs at Bowling Green State University, will revisit King’s legacy in her forum presentation at 11 a.m. in Founders Hall.

Imojene Bronson, 86 of Bluffton died at 6:50 p.m. Jan. 3, 2013 at Mennonite Memorial Home, Bluffton. 

She was born in Bluffton to the late Fred O. and Esma (Burkholder) Bronson.

Imojene was a homemaker and a member of the Missionary Church in Bluffton.

Survivors include a sister Fairy Mesler of Bluffon; a brother Marvin Bronson of Virginia Beach, Virginia; nephew Gary (Karen) Bronson of Celina; niece Sam (Dave) Holland of Bellefontaine; and numerous other nieces and nephews.
