Bluffton-Pandora Youth for Christ weekly summer pool parties start this week, according to David Glick, director.

The pool parties are from 9 to 10:30 p.m., each Wednesday during the summer now through Aug. 8.

"Cost is $3 and students who have completed grade 6 through 2012 graduates are welcome to any of our summer events," said Glick.

Stephen Jenkins, executive director of Our Daily Bread Soup Kitchen, South Central Street, Lima, is the guest speaker during the Sunday morning, June 10, worship service at Bluffton Presbyterian.

The mission Sunday service will kick off the church's Christmas in July, according to Rev. Dr. Matthew Zuehlke, pastor.

The June 10 worship service is at 10:15 a.m.

Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Jenera, will change service times for the summer beginning on Sunday, June 10.

The worship service will be held at 9 a.m. with Sunday School and Bible Class following at 10:15 a.m. The Sunday's service will be repeated on Tuesday evening at 7:30 p.m. The church is handicapped accessible and all are welcome.

The next Relay For Life meeting is Thursday, June 7, from 6 - 7 p.m. in the Bluffton town hall.

In conjunction with the Wheels Festival, Bluffton Presbyterian Church will be serving a chicken/pulled pork dinner on the church lawn at the corner of Main and Cherry Streets on Friday, June 15, beginning at 5:30 p.m.

The cost of the dinner will be $7 and will include a choice of roast chicken or pulled pork from Ted's Market in Pandora, with sides of cheesy potatoes, green beans and a dinner roll.
