This week's "where was this photo taken?" quiz is a tough one. Here's a female duck, probably on a nest somewhere in Bluffton. But where? For the surprising answer click here.
Thanks to Kevin Cluts for alerting The Icon to this photo of the day. Kevin spotted this female duck in the Spring Street mulch pile and called The Icon. Check the photo for a close up. We only hope there is no nest involved, but we wonder.
Trains are running on time on the Bluffton Western Terminal Railroad. Dr. B.W. Travis handles the Union Pacific City of San Francisco. The Travel O gauge model railroad was a Bluffton from the late 1940s to late 1970s.

Tuesday, April 10 was a tough weather day for the track and field athletes of Bluffton and Pandora-Gilboa High Schools. Temperatures that hovered around 40 degrees with 15 mile per hour winds made the going tough for both sides at the Bluffton University track, where the Pirates were able to earn victories on both the boy's and girl's side.
Leading the Pirates on the girl's side on the track was Hannah Chappell-Dick, Jill Steinmeitz, and Delaney Reinecke, with all of them winning two events.
