Bluffton council will consider action on Monday to develop a plan to renovation the Shannon Cemetery on Jefferson Street.

As the oldest cemetery in the village, it has fallen into disrepair over the recent decades. Richard Boehr approached the village with a plan to renovation the property. His proposal is to create a park on the land.
