Twelve new bike racks have been installed at five businesses. The new racks can be found at Board & Brush, the Post Office, Twisted Whisk Cafe, Et Cetera Shop, and Family Dollar.

Many people in our community and the surrounding communities know someone that has been affected by a stroke. Whether you are the caretaker, friend or stroke patient, it is important to understand the recognition and prevention of strokes.

Entrepreneurs Krysti and Phil Schey answer questions about their Bluffton-based business, Krysti's Music Studio, which also provides instruction in Ottawa, Shawnee, and Spencerville. Classes include piano, guitar, voice, ukulele, violin, woodwinds, and art.

There is no school for Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 6.
