Allen County Sheriff Matthew B. Treglia has announced that the Allen County Commissioners have recently opted to remove themselves from declaring a State of Emergency when Allen County announces a Level 3 Snow Emergency. This allows the decision to go to a Level 3 to be expedited should the need arise. Should the county be in a state of emergency, which generally also requires assistance from the State of Ohio, the commissioners would then declare a state of emergency.

D’Angelo was quoted as saying “don’t reinvent the wheel, just realign it.” At the age of 23, Tony D’Angelo in 1995 decided to challenge the mindset of higher education. He felt that colleges were handing out degrees but not really educating young adults to function in the world.
