Sources informed the Icon the school children exiting a Bluffton school bus heard an explosion at the Bluffton Precast Concrete plant at 8950 Dixie Highway, Bluffton. That was approximately 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 29. Bluffton's fire department was called to the scene shortly after that.
