Residents of Maple Crest chose Gloria and Rich Bucher as their 2018 Valentine’s King and Queen at a gala celebration on Feb 13.  Other “popular” choices were Jeannine Hartman, Ms. Congeniality and Bob Town, Mr. Congeniality.  Royalty from 2017 graciously attended to present their sashes and crowns and included Mary Yoder, 2017 Queen; Jan Shields, 2017 Ms. Congeniality and Russel Suter, 2017 Mr. Congeniality. The Bluffton High School Chamber Choir provided the musical entertainment and Ruth Naylor read her original Valentine’s poems.  DJ Charlie closed the event with a selection from his music collection – the Mills Brothers singing “I’ve Got My Love to Keep Me Warm."
