Simple answer: It's Bill (studying art at Bluffton University). He's sitting on the lap of a Russian folk singer known as the Dancing Kobzar. You'll find these two in the lounge area of Marbeck Center. Jack Earl, Bluffton alumnus, is the artist. In the next frame is a long-shot of the art piece.
