Yes, this photo is out-of-date by about two weeks.  But, other things happened in Bluffton and the Icon never had a chance to post it. Plus, we really like the photo. E. Lee Construction, Delphos, recently completed its outside first fix-up of the Bluffton town hall since the renovation 10 years ago. Check out the next photo to see that the clock guys are about 1,000 feet above sea level. (A Geographic Survey marker on the ground floor indicates Bluffton is at 840 feet above sea level.
