Bluffton chamber members received an update on the Jefferson Street-State Route 103 improvement project on a Friday Zoom meeting by Jesse Blackburn, village administrator. The 2021 project focus involves the center map on the graphic. The project is projected to begin on April 5. It will block off traffic from Main Street to the County Line Road.
