One year later, community commemorates Officer Dominic Francis

March 31, 2023 is the one year anniversary of the line of duty death of Bluffton Police Officer Dominic Francis. The wreath pictured here is placed in front of Town Hall, 154 N. Main St., where the public is invited to visit and remember the contributions and character of this Bluffton first responder and Cory-Rawson teacher and coach.
