The Village of Bluffton is reminding residents--at recent council meetings and on utility bills--of the following requirements: Regularly mow your lawn and maintain a height below 7". Do not blow grass onto the street. Clippings pose a risk to cyclists and drivers. They aren't good for the Village storm water system either.
