FROM FACEBOOK__The Johnny Appleseed Metropolitan Park District is exploring a rebrand to MetroParks Allen County. Not because we’re changing who we are, but because we want our name to better reflect where and who we serve.

Why now? We’re updating park signage, investing in infrastructure, and planning for the future. We want a name that helps residents across Allen County and beyond instantly recognize us as their park system.

The Allen County Health Department will have a Vaccine Clinic on August 18 at Bluffton Middle School from 10:00 a.m.-Noon.
