Blended Roots, 246 Cherry St., hosted members of the Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce for a ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, February 11.
Manager Katelyn Gainok also announced that Blended Roots will be hosting the 2022 Bluffton Arts and Craft Festival from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. on Saturday June 4. The festival will be located in and around the store including the surrounding grounds on Cherry and Railroad streets.

Playing in Richmond, the Bluffton University men's basketball team led by as many as 14 points early in the second half, but Earlham rallied for a 76-68 victory on Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2022. The Quakers improved to 9-10 and 5-7 in the Heartland Conference, while Bluffton fell to 5-15 and 1-11 in the HCAC.
Much like they did on February 5 at Rose-Hulman, the Bluffton University women's basketball team bolted out to a 14-0 lead but needed a 31-14 jag in the fourth quarter to come away with their 84-60 victory on Wednesday, Feb. 9. Bluffton pushed its mark to 15-6 and 10-4 in the Heartland Conference, while Earlham stayed winless at 0-18 and 0-11 in the HCAC.
Bluffton Bread Company online winter sales will run from Feb. 7-March 31, 2022. Four bread flavors are available:

The Conservation Tillage & Technology Conference (CTTC) plans to be in- person March 8-9 at Ohio Northern University in Ada after being virtual this past year. The event is an opportunity to connect with farmers and CCAs, experience new ideas, and increase net income. Historically over 800 individuals attend each day of the two-day conference, making it the largest agricultural meeting in northwest Ohio. Currently, ONU requires that everyone wear a mask while inside a building.
