BLUFFTON, Ohio - The Bluffton University women earned another key conference victory on Wednesday, Jan. 14 as they defeated their arch-rival Defiance College, 86-78. The Beavers had a very balanced scoring attack, placing five in double figures against the Jackets. The win makes the Beavers 10-4, including 5-2 in HCAC play, and still within striking distance of the top of the conference, while Defiance fell to 4-10 (3-4 HCAC).

One creative Bluffton University entrepeneur has put her love of animals to good use. Hannah Johnson of Critter Care Pet Sitting offers pet owners a way to be sure their animals are well-cared for when the owners are at work or out of town, 

Johnson will also house-sit. She charges $5/visit or $10/day (3+visits.)

Bluffton school board holds is reorganization meeting at 7:30 p.m.,Thursday, Jan. 15, in the elementary media center.

Several annual assignments are on the agenda for approval. Those include:

• selection of board president and vice president

You can't have a Super Bowl without an Ada-made Wilson football. It follows that you can't have a NCAA Division I football title game without an Ada-made Wilson football.
