Speech delay is a broad term used for children who begin speaking later than usual. Each child is different and will learn speech and language skills at his or her own rate. Below is a speech and language guideline typical for children ages 1-3 years:

Allen County commissioners enacted two separate $5 permissive license plate fees this summer.
As a result, in 2019 year the county will start receiving about $740,000 of additional revenue each year, along with some more funding for the townships and municipalities, according to Brion Rhodes, Allen County engineer.
The commissioner’s action came after county voters rejected a 0.2 percent sales tax increased in May.

Bluffton High School senior standout athlete Alivia Koenig has announced her decision to continue her athletic career at Urbana University. Koenig plans to play both golf and basketball for the Blue Knights.
The next big event on Ada's calendar is the 33rd annual Ada Area Chamber of Commerce's Harvest and Herb Festival in downtown Ada, according to Deb Curlis, chamber director.
This year’s festival is from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 15. As in past year’s, it will fill Ada’s Main Street from Highland to College. Main Street will be closed at State Route 235 all the way to State Route 81.
The festival has 180 spaces available for vendors and so far over 130 spaces are signed-up. Crafters are encouraged to register as soon as possible to insure a booth.
America In Bloom (AIB) Garden of The Month recipients for the month of August was presented to Bob and Caryn Clinger, residents of West Elm Street.
