Look what the Easter bunny left

Madison Beasley, 2 1/2, shows the Easter eggs she gathered at the Mennonite Memorial Home-McDonald's Restaurants community egg hunt on March 27 at the MMH. She is the daughter of Lauren and Nathan Beasley of Bluffton. According to Julie Stratton over 3,000 eggs were strewn across the MMH lawn. And, yes, they were picked clean in a matter of moments.

Bertie Swank will celebrating her 95th birthday on Saturday, April 10. There
will be an open house in her honor on Sunday, April 11 from 2-4 p.m. at St.
John's United Church of Christ, Oppermann Hall. Cards may be sent to Bertie Swank, 124 Riley St., Bluffton, OH 45817.

Maple Crest Senior Living Village, Bluffton, will host a floral design class at 2 p.m., Wednesday, March 31. Doug Smith, from Town and Country Florist, will showi participants how to make an Easter Bunny centerpiece from fresh flowers. The class will be held at 604 Crimson Maple Court. We spotted this plate at the Mennonite Memorial Home-McDonald's Easter egg hunt on March 27. It belongs to the only Nygaard family in Bluffton who we know - Christian and Jamie.
