In the tradition of relationships born on the banks of Riley Creek, there’s a new couple on the Bluffton University campus.
After four years of flying solo at numerous athletic and other events, Bluffton mascot J. Denny Beaver has found a partner in Jenny Beaver, who is making her campus debut this week.
The Bluffton Town Hall Concert Series for 2014-15 will launch with a performance by Andru Bemis and Tomo Brosseau at 7 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 27, in the town hall, according to Wendy Chappell-Dick.
There will be an opening act by Sam Stuckey, of Bluffton University.

"Andru has performed in Bluffton several times, and his musicianship, unique sound and songwriting genius keeps him one of our all-time favorite performers.
