Look very closely. Our man from the construction crew is in the nose-bleed section of the Bluffton University health and fitness center under construction this winter.

Can anyone tell The Icon what tune they are ready to sing?

Women can get tips on work-life balance and self care on Saturday, March 24, when Bluffton University's Women's Council hosts the third annual R&R for Women conference.

Bluffton alumnae, faculty and students will present sessions during the conference, titled "Balancing Your World, Caring for Yourself." Hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Centennial Hall-site of the morning sessions-and Marbeck Center, where the afternoon sessions will be held.

Evelyn Krehbiel

Evelyn L. Krehbiel, 86, of Bluffton died at 9:20 p.m. Feb. 22, 2012, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima. She was born Sept. 17, 1925, in Danvers, Ill., to Harvey Ebersole and Alma Ruth Hostetler Nunemaker. On Aug. 30, 1947, she married Howard E. Krehbiel and he preceded her in death on March 30, 1999.

The daughter of a Mennonite minister, Evelyn attended school in Comins, Mich., and Tiskilwa, Ill., and graduated from high school in Donnellson, Iowa, in 1943.
