Phil Shank and his Patriot Concrete crew completed a fairly large and deep cement job prior to The Icon photographer arriving on the scene at the new Wendy's on State Route 103. While the cement hardens, the green machine is holding in place the base of what will become the Wendy's sign. Shank said that two loads of cement went into the project. The base will enable the sign to withstand winds of over 90 miles per hour. Watch the Icon for details on Wendy's opening day.
