Immigration presentation Nov. 17
On Tuesday, Nov. 17 Bluffton University will host guest speaker Saulo Padilla, director of the Office of Immigration for the Mennonite Central Committee (MCC). He will present as part of Bluffton's Forum series at 11 a.m. in Founders Hall. The Forum is free and open to the public.
A 2005 graduate of Goshen College and the Associated Mennonite Biblical Seminary in 2008, Padilla has great interest in social justice.
He works cooperatively with other staff and programs of MCC and the MCC Washington D.C. office as well as with the MCC International Program Department to facilitate and give overall leadership to the education and resourcing efforts of immigration.
