Here are some testing dates for elementary through high school

FROM BLUFFTON SCHOOL WEBSITE - Bluffton schools have reached its five-day calamity limit. If additional days of school are cancelled the school will use Monday, Feb. 18, and or spring break, April 18, as make-up dates.

ELEMENTARY MEMORY BOOKS: A Memory Book for the 2018-2019 school year is on sale until Feb 15. Additional options are available. Parents may directly order online at ybpay.lifetouch.com.

BFR hosts this singles and doubles event on Feb. 17

Pickleball, one of Bluffton's hottest winter indoor sport activities, continues to grow in interest at Bluffton Family Recreation, according to  Daniel Tinch, BFR executive director.

To decide the best singles player and doubles team in town, BFR will hold a pickleball tournament on Sunday, Feb. 17, at BFR, 215 Snider Road.

Separate divisions are for singles and doubles. The entry fee is $10 per person. Contact BFR to enter at 419-358-4150, or register on line at www.bfronline.com.

From www.blufftonpirates.com - Bluffton HS's four seniors win on Senior Night 45-26 over Lima Central Catholic. Alivia Koenig led BHS with 18 and Averey Rumer added 14.

BLUFFTON, Ohio—Bluffton University will host an instrumental concert featuring its Concert Band at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 24, in Yoder Recital Hall.

Under the direction of Dr. Roy Couch, assistant professor of music, the concert band will perform recent works that showcase different approaches to wind band composing.

Pandora United Methodist Church will host a free community meal from 5:30 to 7 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 27. The church is located on 108 E. Washington St.

The menu is fried chicken, parlsey potatoes, California blend vegetables, dinner roll, assorted cupcakes, and beverage. The meal is provided by the Hilty Memorial Home.
