State Senator Huffman visits university students
Matt Huffman, Ohio State Representative, 4th district, visited Bluffton University on Dec. 4 to give a lecture about social work, social welfare policy and political connections.
More than 60 social work students from three different classes were encouraged to think about Huffman's word of the day: perspective.
"College students have their own unique perspective on things. They often think that they are just starting out," said Huffman. "But they have a perspective that is important in social work and any professional field." Huffman has previously visited Bluffton to speak with other social work classes.
