The Bluffton University baseball team is preparing for the 2016 season with its sights set on making the conference tournament after missing out by just one game last year. The Beavers are also looking to surpass last year’s record-breaking season of 22 team wins.
Musical programs Dulcimers @ the Library continues on Tuesdays at 1:30 p.m., and Jammin’ @ the Library continues in March on the 14th and 28th, both at 6 p.m. Come to any meeting to join or listen.
Chill Zone continues every Tuesday in March at 3:30 p.m. This is a time for teens and tweens (6th grade and up) to snack, talk, play games, watch movies, and make crafts.
Bluffton Public Library welcomes Ayane Hida, Japanese Outreach Coordinator of the University of Findlay’s Mazza Museum, for a second event at the library this year. With such a positive response garnered from the Bluffton community following Ms. Hida’s first Japanese calligraphy event, library staff look forward to this second installment featuring food, culture, and inspiration. This event will take place on March 1st at 6 p.m.

There was a full house at last week's Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce breakfast meeting in the town hall. Sodexo Dining Service catered the breakfast, which was sponsored by Family Eye Care. The next chamber breakfast is Friday, March 11.
