There are many types of headaches, such as tension, cervicogenic and migraine headaches. Identifying the type of headache is critical to choosing the proper treatment. Tension headaches present with tight, band-like pressure. Cervicogenic headaches typically arise from the neck. Migraines are more than "just bad headaches." They are a neurological disorder that often presents as one-sided, pulsating pain lasting hours or even days.

Chris Moser of Moser Woods in Bluffton was named 2025 Outstanding Tree Farmer of the Year by the Ohio Forestry Association at their annual meeting earlier this year. He will be hosting a Tree Farm of the Year tour at his woods located at the corner of Bentley Rd. and Road R on September 6 that will include attractions for all ages.
The Blanchard Valley Health System Board of Trustees nominated new Board and Committee members at the recent annual meeting. As community leaders, BVHS Board and Committee members bring valuable insight and leadership that help ensure the organization continues to provide high-quality care, strategically plan for the future, and uphold its mission of "Caring for a lifetime."
JUNE 9 MEDIA RELEASE__On Saturday, July 19 at the Marathon Center for Performing Arts in Findlay, a free creative writing workshop will focus on genre fiction: Science-Fiction/Speculative Fiction, Fantasy and Romance--among others.
This workshop is a free in-person event and open to all writers High School age and older.

11 a.m.-1 p.m.: Lunch on own in downtown Findlay, with time for writing.
Afternoon: Facilitated small-group workshops, followed by an open mic
