Why not! Watch the video for a chuckle

J. Denny and Jenny Beaver wish all their friends merry Christmas.

In fact, they created a short video you won't want to miss. They appear to have made Christmas videos an annual event. This year's video carries an ugly Christmas sweater theme. It's titled "A Very Beaver Christmas."

And, we know, that it's all about the thought that counts.

Seven-page draft on tonight's agenda

Bluffton council will discuss a draft of legislation to regulate access to public streets in the village on Monday evening.

Titled “an access management plan,” it came about specifically to address road cuts on State Route 103 between County Line Road and Interstate 75.

Council’s ordinance committee (Joe Selhorst, Mitch Kingsley) met on Dec. 3. They have worked with Tom Mazur, of Lima Allen County Regional Planning Commission, and Choice One, an engineering firm, used by the village to craft a draft for discussion.

Here's a photo worth 10,000 Bluffton words.

Santa Claus (portrayed by Al McCluer) in an early 1950s Bluffton Santa Claus visit approaches a farm wagon stage on the Prebsyterian Church lawn. He arrived by fire truck. Can anyone please identify the fire truck in the photo? The Ford on Main heading north is a 1951 model.
