Tom and Christine Sine Jan. 26 Forum guests
Tom Sine, head of research and hospitality, Mustard Seed Associates (MSA), and Dr. Christine Sine, executive director of MSA, will present "Finding God's Best for Your Life...Creating New Possibilities," as part of Bluffton University's weekly Forum series, 11 a.m., Jan. 26 in Founders Hall. Forum is free and open to the public.
Mustard Seed Associates is a community of Christians all over the world striving to create the future "one mustard seed at a time." MSA provides resources and a network "for committed followers of Jesus to anticipate the future, decode the culture, convey the Kingdom of God and create new ways of being a difference and making a difference."
The Sines live in the Mustard Seed House in Seattle, Wash. There, with a growing community of friends, they grow 50 percent of their vegetables on an urban lot and specialize in hospitality for the creative and disaffected.
Tom also teaches as an adjunct at Fuller Theological Seminary in Seattle. Both Tom and Christine have authored multiple books, including Living on Purpose: Finding God's Best for Your Life, which they co-authored.
