Learn all about making maple syrup on March 13
The maple syrup will soon be running.
Coldren-Crates Funeral Homes will host its Maple Festival 2010 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday, March 13, on the Crates family farm and sugar camp on Hancock County Road 24, Arlington, according to Larry Crates.
The event includes a pancake, sausage and maple syrup breakfast at the farm shop. Wagons pulled by horses and tractors will take visitors back to the camp to see how the syrup is made.
Persons interested in attending may call the Funeral Home office at 419-422-2323 or e-mail [email protected] for reservations and directions. All are welcome and the event is free.
