It's Bluffton's largest garage sale of the season - and the season hasn't even started!Q

The S.H.A.N.N.O.N. Service Club will hold its seventh annual community garage and craft sale from 6 to 9 p.m., Friday, Feb. 26, and from 9 a.m. to noon, on Saturday, Feb. 27, at the Centre, 601 N. Main St.

Doors open promptly at 6 p.m.

"This annual huge garage sale event with 35 to 40 vendors has become a festive occasion for the residents of Bluffton and surrounding communities," said Duane Bollenbacher of the club. "You will find items and gadgets of every sort from A to Z, in addition to a variety of yummy food items."

All proceeds from the garage sale will go toward local youth and community projects. Admission to the event is $1. To obtain a booth, contact Deb Bollenbacher at 419-358-7365.

Carry-out chicken barbecue

In addition to the garage sale booths, the club will hold a chicken barbecue. Tickets are on sale only in advance. Contact any club member for tickets, which are $7 each. Dinners are for pick-up only at the north door of the Centre.
